Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

TonStore currently delivers within India. We are expanding coverage regularly. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your postal code at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (from order confirmation):

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
• Same-City Delivery: 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 flat fee
• Express Shipping: ₹99 flat fee

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after crypto payment is verified on the blockchain. Processing typically begins within 1 hour of verification during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. You can also track your order from your Account Dashboard.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect/incomplete address
• No one available at the address
• Refusal to accept the delivery

The order will be returned to us. Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and postal code are correct. TonStore is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order is damaged during transit or lost:

• Report the issue within 6 hours of the scheduled delivery time
• Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging/products
• Our team will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement for the affected items

Note: As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer monetary refunds. Any resolution is limited to product replacement where applicable.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• International addresses (outside India)
• PO Boxes
• Restricted or remote areas without reliable courier service

10. Weather & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions. TonStore is not liable for such delays.
