1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TonStore ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TonStore is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.

4. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Crypto Payments

All payments are processed via cryptocurrency (Tradeon Network - TONX) on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). By placing an order:

• You agree to send the exact amount of TONX tokens shown at checkout.
• You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• You acknowledge that sending the wrong token or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. TonStore is not liable for user error.
• Orders remain pending until the transaction is confirmed with the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• If the payment window (30 minutes) expires without verification, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order is only confirmed once payment is verified on the blockchain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Issues identified by our fraud-prevention team

7. Vendor Responsibility

TonStore is a multi-vendor marketplace. Individual vendors are responsible for:

• Accurate product descriptions and images
• Product quality and authenticity
• Packaging and timely dispatch
• Compliance with applicable laws

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our systems
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TonStore — logos, text, images, code, and design — is the property of TonStore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TonStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TonStore after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
